I absolutely love this facility. They are very professional. This was my first time taking my daughter there. She has had a bad experience with a previous office but this one was way beyond our expectations. The staff is so friendly, they explained everything well, and they take the time to make sure your child is comfortable.

- When should I bring my child to the dentist? The American Academy of Pediatric DentistryOpens a new window to the AAPD website recommends visiting the dentist when your child’s first tooth appears and no later than his or her first birthday.
- Which office should I visit? You can visit the office that’s most convenient for you. Both Atlantis DentistryLearn more about our dentist in Greensboro and Carousel DentistryLearn more about our dentist in Durham offer the same unique approach and place your child as our top priority.
You’ll find an array of pediatric services specially adapted to meet your family’s needs.
- How can I get my child to the dentist? If your child is fearful of visiting the dentist then our offices can help. We employ a variety of anxiety-relieving methods, such as:
Tell-show-do: For our younger patients, we “tell” them what we plan to do, then we “show” them and let them feel the instruments. Finally, we’ll “do” exactly what we promised.
Nitrous oxide: For extremely nervous patients, we offer laughing gas. This helps kids relax during their appointment. We administer the gas through a nasal hood and monitor them at all times.
Kind and loving team: We are parents too so we understand your concerns and those of your child. We’ll make their visit fun, informative, and are committed to your individual needs.
Parental Involvement: We encourage parents to be involved in the visit. This familiarity can help keep kids calm and relaxed.
